Event details
The Full MacTuff New Year 2026 takes place on Sunday 11 January 2026 at Knockhill Racing Circuit near Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland. The event is an obstacle course challenge run under winter conditions and is licensed by British Obstacle Sports. The minimum age for entry is 17. Entries close at 23:59 on 10 January and entry fees increase on the 1st of every month.
Race format and fees
The course combines natural terrain, natural water features and traditional obstacles. Each distance is a single loop with no laps. Distances:
- 8k - single loop
- 15k - single loop
- 21k - single loop
Regular entry fees (plus a 6.0% booking fee) are: 21k £64.90, 15k £59.90, 8k £54.90. The entry package includes a medal, a t-shirt, parking, free spectator access and an after-race drink or soup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
