The Frozen Stick Trail Run
The Frozen Stick is a winter trail running event held in Rockwoods Reservation near Glencoe, Missouri, organized by Rockinator Racing. It also serves as the finale to the Stick Season Trail Run Series and continues a multi year tradition.
The course begins in Rockwoods Reservation, passes the aid and cheering stations twice, and returns to an indoor racers village at a nearby school for podiums, awards, finisher medals, music, snacks, and event swag. The event description notes pizza among post race offerings.

Participants receive a finisher medal, a Rockinator Racing T shirt, a neck buff, drinks and snacks, a chip timed result and a numbered bib. The course is fully marked, instant results are provided, and free downloadable photos are available.
Extra awards are given with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place podiums for the top three male and female overall finishers in the 5 Mile and 13.1 Mile races within 10 year age groups. The event provides free on course tracking via the Race Joy app so friends and family can follow runners in real time and race operations can locate or communicate with participants if needed.
