The Froude Run

The Froude Run is a two-course running event based at Village Green, East Anstey on the Exmoor fringe. Runners choose between a 7.5-mile challenging route and a 4-mile short course, both using roads, open fields, and footpaths with several hills and scenic countryside views. The course is fully marshalled, with a drinks station on the longer route, and all finishers receive a medal.

Open to competitors aged 16 and older, facilities are limited (no showers or changing rooms). Registration precedes the event on Saturday, 30 August 2025. Entry fee is £10. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
