Lake Louisa State Park Trail Run : November 7, 2026
The event takes place at Lake Louisa State Park and features three trail distances. Routes run through park terrain and include measured mileages and elevation gain for each distance.
- 5K (3.10 miles, 69 ft elevation, 1 aid station)
- 10K (6.23 miles, 135 ft elevation, 3 aid stations, 1 on course restroom)
- Half Marathon (13.10 miles, 275 ft elevation, 6 aid stations, 2 on course restrooms)
Aid stations are placed roughly every two miles; some stations are self serve and some are staffed by volunteers. The Half Marathon’s last three aid stations include bananas and bars. On course restrooms are provided at specified mile points for the 10K and Half Marathon. Participants receive race swag and a medallion after finishing. The event uses chip timing for recorded results. Post race food is available.
Packet pick-up is scheduled across November 5 to 7 at the National Training Center and at Lake Louisa State Park. Parking passes for the park are single day use and are purchased online; fees go directly to Lake Louisa State Park. Awards include overall male and female top three, a Masters 50+ award, top three finishers in listed age groups, and team awards including fastest and largest team categories.
