Event overview
The Florida Run at Lake Louisa State Park takes place on November 7, 2026, in Clermont, Florida (7305 U.S. Highway 27). The event offers the following distances:
- 5K - 3.10 miles, 69 ft elevation gain
- 10K - 6.23 miles, 135 ft elevation gain
- Half Marathon - 13.10 miles, 275 ft elevation gain
Registration prices listed on the RunSignup page are $35 for the 5K, $48 for the 10K, and $70 for the Half Marathon.
Course and on-course support
The trails run through pine forests, lakeshores, and open meadows within Lake Louisa State Park. Aid stations are located approximately every 2 miles; the listed counts by distance are 1 for the 5K, 3 for the 10K, and 6 for the Half Marathon. Some aid stations are self-serve and some have volunteers. On-course restrooms are noted at mile 5 and mile 8 of the Half Marathon and at mile 3.25 of the 10K. The last three aid stations on the Half Marathon will provide bananas and bars.
Logistics and awards
Packet pick-up is scheduled November 5-7 at the National Training Center (Nov 5) and at Lake Louisa State Park (Nov 6 and Nov 7). Parking passes are single-day use, purchased online, and parking fees are paid to Lake Louisa State Park. Races are chip timed; all finishers receive a medallion.
