The Fleet Feet Pickle
The Fleet Feet Pickle is a point-to-point destination fun run and relay held in North Carolina. The event follows a 16.1 mile route along the Greenway, starting at the Fleet Feet location in Greensboro and concluding at the Fleet Feet store in High Point. Participants navigate a course that includes three designated hand-off locations for relay transitions.
The run is organized with multiple participation categories to accommodate different group sizes. Runners can enter as:
- 16.1 Mile Solo
- 16.1 Mile 2-Person Team
- 16.1 Mile 4-Person Team
The course features aid stations located at each relay hand-off point and at three additional spots along the route. For those participating as solo runners, a shuttle service is available for transportation back from the finish. Teams are responsible for their own transportation between relay check points, where vehicle parking is available.
Proceeds from the registration fees support the Go Far-Fleet Feet Lace Up Program. This initiative provides new athletic shoes to children at schools in Greensboro, High Point, and Burlington, allowing them to participate in local training programs and races. Participants receive specific items as part of their entry, including sunglasses and custom socks. A post-run gathering takes place at the High Point store following the event.
