About the race
The Faultline Experience is a multi-discipline trail festival held on 24 and 25 April 2027 at the Wellington Waterfront in Wellington, New Zealand. The event offers both trail running and mountain biking options under the themes "PEDALS" or "LEGS" and uses routes that traverse six mountain bike parks, areas of native bush, and ridgeline terrain before finishing in Wellington city centre.
Available distances include:
- 163.59 km trail run
- 161.96 km team option
- 100 km trail run and 100 km mountain bike
- 50 km trail run and 50 km mountain bike
- 25 km trail run
- 12 km trail run
- 6 km run
Entries receive an event T-shirt, a digital goody bag, on-site goodies, a medal or a tree planted in the finisher's honor, and a race bib. The event provides live timing and results, aid stations on all courses, medical support and assistance, secure bag check, and personal photos available for purchase through a third party.
