Donut 5K Holiday Run/Walk - Carmel
The Donut 5K is scheduled for December 19, 2026, at St. Vincent Sports Performance in Clay Terrace, Carmel, Indiana (14455 Clay Terrace Blvd, 46032). The event marks its 20th anniversary and includes both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option.
Features listed by the organizer include donuts available on the course and at the finish, with over 7,000 donut holes to be served, and a buy-one-get-one free donut coupon attached to every bib. The event benefits local animal rescues and reports more than $100,000 in donations over previous years. Cash prizes are offered to the top three male and female finishers, along with age group awards. New 5K age-group definitions mean course records will be established for all age group winners.
All participants will receive an official event shirt and a medal. The first 1,500 registered entrants will receive a DONUT ME stocking hat in the 2026 design. Raceday packet pickup, vendors, and the post-race party will take place inside the large training room at St. Vincent Sports Performance. Dogs are permitted to participate and there will be awards for best dressed dogs in holiday gear. The Clay Terrace mall parking lots provide free parking.
