IT’S MORE THAN A HILL 5K: Soul Food Dash is a community 5K run/walk scheduled for November 21, 2026 at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis, Indiana. The event is a holiday edition that raises funds to support feeding families and local community programs during the holiday season and advances the organizer's goals around mental and physical wellness.
The event distance is 3.1 miles. It accommodates walkers and runners with separate check-in and start groups. Registration opens October 10, 2026 and closes on November 15, 2026; the registration fee is $39.99. Registrants who meet the guarantee deadline on November 15 will be eligible for a custom race bib and confirmed event shirt size, while later registrants may receive shirts after the event if a requested size is unavailable.
Included with registration are an official race bib, an official Soul Food Dash event shirt, a post-race recovery snack, and a goodie bag from event sponsors. The event recognizes the top finishers with prizes for the top five male finishers and the top five female finishers, for a total of ten prize recipients.
