The Dirt Circuit - Morristown, TN
The Dirt Circuit is a timed trail event held September 19, 2026 at Panther Creek State Park in Morristown, TN. The event uses a 2.9-mile loop course that combines wide and single-track trails through fields and woods, includes two wooden bridge crossings, and offers views of Panther Creek. The start and finish are located at the soccer fields, which serve as Base Camp for the weekend.

The event is cup free; participants must carry their own hydration. One aid station at Base Camp will be stocked with water, electrolyte drinks, gels, fruit, snacks, and basic first aid. Pizza and other cooked foods will be available during the event. Primitive camping at Base Camp is included with registration; RV sites and cabins are available through the park campground.
Relay teams may develop their own handoff strategy and only one team member may be on course for a team at a time. Pacing and crewing are allowed. Race numbers must be visible on the front of the runner to receive lap credit. A ruck division specifies pack weights by category and requires ruck sacks only; each ruck finisher receives a patch.
