Strawberry Plains Half Marathon and 10K
The Strawberry Plains event on February 13, 2027 is an in-person road race at Rush Strong School in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, offering both a half marathon and a 10K, plus virtual options. Packet pickup is available at the school and an optional early pickup is offered the week before the race. Race shirts for participants are Bound Running Hoodies; entries made before the shirt cutoff receive the selected shirt, later registrants receive shirts while supplies last.

The half marathon course is USATF certified, rolling through Jefferson County and the Holston River Valley with views of Clinch and House Mountain. The 10K is a mostly flat out-and-back course with a few climbs. The course is open to traffic; the use of headphones is strongly discouraged for safety. The half marathon is not walker-friendly, prohibits runners under age 15, and the course will close after 3 hours, 30 minutes.
Awards and finishers: both in-person distances award overall, age-group, and specialty prizes, and all finishers receive a commemorative medal. Awards must be collected during the awards ceremony and will not be mailed. No refunds or transfers are provided for entries.
