The Cancer Kickers Big Buffalo 50 takes place on March 21, 2026 at Shelby Farms Park, Great View Drive North, Memphis, TN, USA. The event includes multiple race distances:

Fifteen participants are listed and the event is organized by the Cancer Kickers Soccer Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Memphis in 2016.
Course and logistics
The course follows the natural direction of the Tour de Wolf Trail and uses about 95% of that trail's permanent markers. Laps per distance are:
- 50 Mile: 8 laps
- 50K and 50K Relay: 5 laps
- 10K: 1 lap
Course cutoffs are set by elapsed time from the race start: the 50 Mile course closes 12 hours after the start, the 50K cutoff is 10 hours, and the Relay cutoff is 8 hours.
There are three aid stations on course. Each provides water and Hammer Nutrition Heed electrolyte drink and stocks gels (GU and Hammer), sandwiches, fruit (oranges, bananas), cookies, granola bars, candy, and other snacks.
Relay and fundraising details
Relay team packets are issued for the entire team when the first team member picks up the packet; packets contain bibs, shirts, and an ankle timing chip. Relay exchanges occur just beyond the start/finish/split line and relay runners exchange an ankle chip only. Teams with fewer than five runners may require some members to run multiple loops.
A complete kit for a child costs $300. Fundraising goals and conversion examples are stated: every relay team supports one child, every four 50K runners support one child, and every three 50-mile runners support one child.
