Event overview
The Bristol Winter Warmer Run is scheduled for Saturday 14 February 2026 at Ashton Court, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS41 9LX. The event offers two measured distances and uses chip-on-bib timing with instant results provided via Results Base. All finishers receive a medal and there are trophies for some winners. The event supports the charity Shelter; fundraising is optional and there is no minimum target.

Course and facilities
The course is a mix of trail and path, with a steep incline for the first 2 km, then it levels out before a downhill. The route is not suitable for wheelchairs. Marshals will be positioned around the course and the field will be managed to reduce congestion. Bag storage is available but limited. Toilets and an event hub with coffee and snacks are on site. Drinks, sweets and partner goodies will be available at the finish.
Entries, registration and logistics
Online entries close on 3 February 2026 unless the event sells out; entry fees increase on 2 January 2026. Race packs are collected at on-site registration on event morning and the race number will include the timing chip. Parking in and around the park is very limited; organisers advise using Church Lodge Carpark where possible. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
