The Bootlegger 100 Mile Trail Race
The Bootlegger is the fourth running of a trail event held in Flovilla, GA that benefits Dauset Trails Nature Center and Indian Springs State Park. The course is described as gently rolling single track laid out as a 12.5 mile loop.

All 100 mile entrants complete eight laps of the 12.5 mile loop; 50 mile entrants complete four laps and 12 mile entrants complete one lap. The loop includes two well stocked aid stations and has easy crew access. Aid stations offer typical snacks and drinks and provide hot food in the evening. Food requests are accepted.
Organizer provisions and participant items are specified: all runners receive a shirt and a backpack, all finishers receive a medal, and all 100 mile finishers receive a buckle. A GPX course file and a published map are available for download and can be imported into common navigation devices and apps.
The event notes several prize and entry programs: a raffle for sponsor entries to the Western States races subject to finishing and other qualifications, six $250 raffles tied to early registration and race completion, and a 400 mile jacket awarded for accumulating 400 miles across the event series.
