The Boiler Dash
The Boiler Dash is a community run/walk event held on September 13, 2026 at Perry Farm Park, 459 N. Kennedy Drive, Bourbonnais, IL. The event offers multiple course options and raises support for the Bettering Boilers Food Pantry and the BBCHS Cafe. Bettering Boilers is a student-run organization with a mission to ensure every student has access to nutritious food.

Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Bradley Bourbonnais High School. Race day registration and packet pickup take place at the race site on September 13, 2026. Registrants must be entered by August 20, 2026 to be guaranteed a shirt and size.
Listed registration fees are $39.44 for the 5K Run/Walk and $44.79 for the 10K Run. Award recognition will be given three deep male and female across these categories: Elementary School, Junior High School, High School Freshman-Sophomore, High School Junior-Senior, Age 18–21, and Age 22 and over.
The event lists sponsors including Candy and Cake, Flight 102, Liberty Fire Equipment, Brew Head, Smart Wash, Aurelios, Bounce With Us, and Elite Credit Union. The event is described as a Miles for Meals effort to help feed the school community through the student food pantry and campus cafe.
