The Body Barn HYROX Simulation
The Body Barn is running a full HYROX Simulation on 21 Nov 2026 at Unit D5 Hortonwood 7, Telford, Shropshire TF1 7GP. The event follows the complete HYROX format and is presented as a simulation rather than an arena race.
Participants work through running intervals blended with functional stations. Stations include sled push, sled pull, ski, row, carries and lunges. The session is coached and set in a supportive environment.
The simulation is intended to let participants test pacing, transitions, technique and mental grit. It highlights strengths, exposes weaknesses and indicates areas for improvement. Both singles and doubles formats are offered. Scaled options are available so participants can adjust movements or loads to their needs. Limited spaces are available.
