Event overview
The Birmingham Winter Warmer Run is scheduled for 22 February 2026 at Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (B73 6BU). The event offers three distances:
- 5k
- 10k
- Half marathon
The event supports the charity Shelter; fundraising is optional with no minimum target. Entry fees listed on the event page are £25 for the 5k and 10k, and £30 for the half marathon. Online entries close on 10 February 2026 unless the event sells out.
Race details
The course is mostly on paths with a small road crossing and a bridge crossing; marshals will manage key points. The route is wheelchair friendly and buggies are allowed. Runners are asked to keep left on the course unless directed otherwise. Headphones are permitted but participants must remain able to hear marshal and public instructions.
Race numbers use a chip-on-bib system and results are available instantly via ResultsBase; the event is not UK Athletics affiliated so results will not appear on external UKA-linked sites. All finishers receive a medal and winners may receive trophies. Drinks, snacks and event merchandise are available at the event hub. Parking within the park is extremely limited; public transport options and station access routes are provided in the event information.
