The Big 50 is a trail running event set for Sunday, May 2, 2027 at F.D. Roosevelt State Park in Pine Mountain, Georgia. The event offers multiple distances on single-track trail that climbs and drops alongside the Pine Mountain Trail.

The event is hosted by Revolution Running Company. Participants who register by April 1 receive a Big 50 shirt. All finishers receive a medal. Overall awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each race. The first overall finisher in each race receives a free entry to a 2028 Bootlegger Trail race of their choice.

A picnic follows the races; a free hotdog cookout is provided for attendees. Registration opens on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET.
