A Merry Christmas Run 5K/10K/13.1 TAMPA
This event takes place on December 26, 2026 at Riverwalk, 3rd Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205. The organizer lists in-person distance options as well as a virtual alternative and a family mile event. The run is presented as a smaller, private group event with a cap per wave; waves may fill quickly and a waitlist or virtual option is available when in-person waves are full.
Timing is optional. Participants may track their time with common running apps such as Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike Run Club and submit results for posting, or ask coordinators for timing assistance. The event does not use timing chips.
Swag is shipped to the registrant’s US mailing address. The packet includes a running T-shirt, a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, and a digital training pack. Race bibs are provided on race day and online results and certificates of completion are available. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee.
The event includes a virtual run option that provides a digital training pack and the ability to submit results remotely to receive a medal. The organizer notes a charity initiative: each mile logged after the race will trigger a donation of one dollar to a partner charity, with fundraising participation optional.
