The in-person event is organized as smaller, private group waves with a cap per wave; waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Timing is optional: participants may track time with an app and submit it via the event form to be posted online, or ask coordinators to help record times. No timing chips are used.
Participants receive a swag bag shipped to their US mailing address containing a running T-shirt, a finisher item (towel or giveaway), a finisher medal, a digital training pack, and access to online results and a certificate of completion. A technical shirt upgrade is available for an additional $5. Race bibs are provided on race day and no packet pickup is required. Shirts are shipped the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
