Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 SEATTLE
The Sloth Run takes place at Lincoln Park, 8011 Fauntleroy Way Southwest, Seattle, Washington on June 20, 2026. The event is presented with the theme "Slow Is the New Fast" and is organized as smaller, private group waves with a cap per wave. The format accepts running and walking paces, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Waves are filled on a first come, first serve basis and coordinators support the group during the event.
Timing is optional and there are no timing chips; participants may track time with apps and submit results for posting or ask coordinators for timekeeping. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration and includes a running T-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional five dollars. Online results and a certificate of completion are available. A virtual run option is offered with a digital training pack and mailed medal. The organizer notes that every mile logged after the race results in a one dollar donation to partner charities and that fundraising is optional.
