Soaring Eagle Trail Run
Soaring Eagle Trail Run is a collection of trail races held at Soaring Eagle Regional Park in Sammamish, WA on May 15, 2027. The event is organized by Evergreen Trail Runs and offers multiple race distances and formats.
Races begin on the Pipeline Trail. At about 0.74 miles the 5K and 10K courses diverge: the 5K follows an abbreviated route that returns through winding trails to the finish, while the 10K takes a longer loop through the forest on mostly flat, well-graded but rooty tread. Half marathon entrants complete the 10K loop twice. The park has easy-to-access trailheads and a network of small winding trails that pass through lush forest with roots and occasional rocks, creek sounds, and bird life. The course has minimal elevation gain.
