Seattle Seawolves 5K & Kids Dash
The Seattle Seawolves 5K & Kids Dash is an all-ages community event in Tukwila at 7300 Fun Center Way. It is hosted by the Seattle Seawolves Foundation in partnership with the Snohomish Running Club and brings together fans, families, young athletes, and local partners.
The event includes organized running opportunities and on-site activities such as vendor booths, music, and appearances by the 2026 Seattle Seawolves and other guests. Distances offered at the event include:
- 5K run/jog/walk
- 1K Kids Dash
A portion of proceeds supports the Seawolves’ Rugby in Schools and Run With the Pack initiatives. Those programs introduce rugby to youth through physical education and after-school programming in partnership with the King County Boys & Girls Club, with goals that include building confidence, strengthening physical and mental well-being, and developing habits around movement and nutrition.
