Run for Mental Health is scheduled for May 23, 2026, at Lincoln Park, 8011 Fauntleroy Way Southwest, Seattle, Washington. The event offers multiple distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 (Half-Marathon)
- Virtual Run
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
The event uses a wave start system with a cap per wave. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and participants can request a preferred wave.
Race features and registration
Timing is optional; no timing chips are used. Participants may track time with personal apps and submit results for posting, or ask coordinators for timekeeping assistance. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration; shirts are mailed the week of the race and packet pickup is not required. Included items listed by the organizer are a running T-shirt, a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, plus an invitation to local running clubs. A technical running shirt upgrade is available for an additional $5.
Virtual participants can run remotely using any tracking device and submit results to receive a medal. The organizer states it will donate $1 for each mile logged after the race to partner charities; fundraising is optional.
