Run for Donuts Seattle
The Run for Donuts event takes place at Lincoln Park in Seattle, Washington. This event is organized as a small, private group run with a specific participant cap for each wave. It is open to participants of all ages and paces, including both runners and walkers. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
The event offers several distance options to accommodate different preferences:
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 13.1 miles (Half-Marathon)
This is a low-stress run without the use of timing chips. Timing is optional; participants may track their own progress using personal apps or request assistance from on-site coordinators to record their results for the online leaderboard.
Participants receive a swag bag that includes a running t-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or other giveaway item. Instead of traditional packet pickup, shirts are shipped directly to the address provided during registration. Race bibs are distributed on the day of the event. A virtual run option is also available for those who prefer to complete their distance at a location of their choice.
The course is located within Lincoln Park, providing a scenic environment for the run. Upon reaching the finish line, participants are provided with donuts. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
