Squak Mountain Trail Run
Squak Mountain takes place on April 17, 2027 in Issaquah, WA, and is organized by Evergreen Trail Runs. The event offers multiple trail distances.

All distances begin with a steady but significant climb. The 12K splits off toward the summit aid station while the Half and 50K continue to the Southeast Peak. The Half follows trails along the north side and uses parts of the Chybinski Loop before summiting the West Peak. The 50K includes extra loops in this section before rejoining the Half route. All courses descend west past the remnants of the old Bullitt homestead; the trails include fast, technical sections and multiple intersections.
The race takes place in Squak Mountain State Park, a forested area with moss-covered trees, ferns, streams, and views of surrounding mountains. The park features miles of maintained trails and a sense of wilderness close to the Seattle area.
Courses are color-coded and marked, but the trail network has many intersections. Registration opens on September 20, 2026. The organizer does not issue refunds; entrants may defer to the same race next year, transfer their entry to another runner, or switch to a different Evergreen event, with conditions and fees applied and specific request deadlines tied to race week.
