About the race
A Merry Christmas Run in Sacramento takes place on December 26, 2026, at Sutter's Landing Regional Park on 28th Street. The event offers in-person distances and a virtual option, and is organized as smaller, capped waves filled on a first-come basis.

The event includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available for a small upgrade fee. Packet pickup is not required; shirts are mailed the week of the race though late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
