Timing is optional: participants may track time with apps and submit results, or request coordinator assistance; no timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the U.S. mailing address provided at registration; shirts are mailed the week of the race and packet pickup is not required.
Included items and services listed by the organizer are a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs. An upgraded technical running shirt is available for an additional five dollars. Fundraising is optional; the organizer notes a post-race donation of one dollar per logged mile to partner charities.
