A Merry Christmas Run: Memphis
A Merry Christmas Run takes place on December 26, 2026 at Riverwalk in Memphis, TN. The event offers on-site and virtual options and is organized as a smaller, capped group run with waves filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Waves have a capacity limit and participants may be assigned or choose a wave time in advance.
Participants of all paces and ages may participate; minors must be accompanied by a guardian. The format permits running or walking. Timing is optional: there are no timing chips, and participants may use personal tracking apps and submit times for online posting. Race bibs are provided on race day and event coordinators offer timing support if requested. Coordinators remain available for a limited period after the first wave.
Swag is shipped directly to US mailing addresses and includes a running T-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, and a finisher medal. A digital training pack, online results, and a certificate of completion are provided. An upgraded technical running shirt is available for an additional fee. Packet pickup is not required. The virtual option includes the digital training pack and a medal upon submission of results. The event includes optional fundraising components and a program that donates one dollar per logged mile after the race to partner charities.
