Coffee Lovers Run takes place at Riverwalk in Memphis, TN on November 28, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options and a smaller, capped wave format with limited capacity per wave; a virtual option and wait list are available when waves sell out.

The event is presented as a private group run with coordinators on course to support participants. All paces and ages are permitted; minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Timing is optional: participants may track time with running apps and submit results for posting, and no timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day.
Swag is shipped to U.S. mailing addresses and race shirts are mailed the week of the race. Packet pickup is not required. Typical swag includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs. Technical shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee.
The event lists registration fees for each distance and notes that late registrants may receive shirts after the race due to shipping timelines.
