Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS
The Sloth Run is scheduled for June 20, 2026 at Riverwalk in Memphis, TN. The event is presented as a slower-paced, smaller group run with capped participant waves and a relaxed, supportive format. All paces and ages are welcome; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
- Virtual Run
Waves operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited in size; wait list or virtual options are available when waves sell out. Timing is optional: participants may track time with a personal app and submit results, or ask coordinators for timing assistance. No timing chips are used.
Swag and race items are shipped to registrants in the United States; bibs are provided on race day. Included items listed by the organizer are a running T-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. An optional technical running shirt is available for an additional fee. Organizers send a final update with course details before the race, and online results and certificates are provided after the event.
