Run for Chocolate takes place on July 4, 2026 at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign on Las Vegas Boulevard South. The event offers in-person distance options and a virtual alternative that can be completed at another location.

The event is organized as a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave. Waves are filled on a first come first serve basis and a virtual option is available if in-person waves are full. Late arrivals may still run on site. Coordinators provide on-course support and local run club invitations are offered.

Timing is optional and no timing chips are used. Participants may track time with personal devices or request coordinator assistance to record a time. Results and a certificate of completion are posted online when submitted.

Entries include mailed race swag for United States addresses and on-site race bibs. Swag items listed include a running t shirt shipped to the address provided, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Final race details and course information are emailed to participants the week of the event.
