Sloth Run - Denver/Aurora, August 29, 2026
The Sloth Run is a community running event held at Piney Creek Hollow Park in Centennial, Colorado on August 29, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options, a smaller private group format with capped waves, and a virtual participation option. Participants may run or walk; minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Waves are limited and filled on a first come basis. The event emphasizes a low-pressure atmosphere with coordinators on site to support participants. Timing is optional and there are no timing chips; runners may track performance with common running apps (for example, Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run) and submit results for posting. Race bibs are provided on race day. There is no packet pickup; participant shirts and other swag are shipped directly to the US mailing address provided at registration, with shirts expected to arrive the week of the event. An optional technical running shirt is available for an additional fee.
Included items and services noted for participants are a running shirt, finisher towel or giveaway, finisher medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs.
