Event details
The Ram Run is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Denver, Colorado (13175 W Green Mountain Dr, 80228). The in-person program includes a 5k route around neighborhoods near Green Mountain High School. The event also offers a virtual option and a separate kids race for participants 12 and under. Proceeds will benefit the Green Mountain High School Cross Country Team. The first 150 registrants are guaranteed a t-shirt. The event is noted as returning to its traditional month.
Awards and other information
Awards are given to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers. First place awards are given in each age category: 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. A traveling trophy will be awarded to an elementary school in the Green Mountain Articulation Area; eligible schools are Foothills Elementary, Rooney Ranch, Hutchinson Elementary School, and Devinny Elementary.
