Event Details

The Ram Run is a community event taking place in August. The in-person event features a 5k course that runs through the neighborhoods near Green Mountain High School in Denver, Colorado. The address is 13175 W Green Mountain Dr.

The event also includes a virtual option and a kids race for participants aged 12 and under.

Awards and Beneficiary

Overall and age group awards are presented. These include awards for the top three male and top three female finishers, and a first-place award in each age category (0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+). A traveling trophy is awarded to the elementary school from the Green Mountain Articulation Area with the best participation; eligible schools are Foothills Elementary, Rooney Ranch, Hutchinson Elementary School, and Devinny Elementary.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Green Mountain High School Cross Country Team. The first 150 registrants are guaranteed a t-shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
