Race format and entries

The event uses capped start waves for in-person participants. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis; if waves sell out there is a virtual option or a wait list. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used - participants may track time with a personal app and submit results to be posted online, or ask coordinators to help record times. Packet pickup is handled by shipping swag directly to the registrant’s US mailing address; race bibs are provided on race day. Swag items listed include a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as a paid upgrade.
