Event
The Run for Chocolate event is scheduled for July 4, 2026, at Wiggins Waterfront Park, Riverside Drive, Camden, NJ. The event uses wave starts with a cap per wave and includes an in-person program plus a virtual run option. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Format and included items
Timing is optional and no timing chips are used. Participants may track time with a personal app and submit results to the organizer for posting, or ask coordinators to help record times. The virtual run can be completed anywhere and results can be submitted to receive a medal.
Swag is shipped to the registrant’s US mailing address; race bibs are provided on race day. Standard items listed by the organizer include a running T-shirt, finisher’s towel or giveaway, finisher’s medal, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. A technical running shirt is available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Registration fees vary by distance and registration period. The organizer also invites participants to join local running clubs and supports a charity initiative where additional miles logged after the race result in donations.
