Hainesport Buddy Running Series

The Hainesport Buddy Running Series is a three-date running and walking program that pairs athletes with a volunteer buddy to complete a one mile loop. The program is designed to give athletes of varying abilities the opportunity to run or walk with individual support. Parents may participate alongside an athlete or observe from the course.

The series takes place on June 2, June 9, and June 16, 2026, at the Hainesport Municipal Building, 1401 Marne Hwy, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Sacred Heart CYO and Beast Coast Productions assisted in organizing the program.

Registration is free. Athlete registration opens March 19, 2026 and closes May 10, 2026. Buddy registration opens March 20, 2026 and closes April 30, 2026. Space for participants is limited.

Volunteers who act as running buddies and who can commit to all three dates receive a $50 credit to use for events run by Beast Coast Productions. The program is intended specifically for athletes who may need extra attention and who want to try running or walking in a supported setting.
