Hainesport Buddy Running Series
The Hainesport Buddy Running Series is a three-date running and walking program held on June 2, 9 and 16 at the Hainesport Municipal Building, 1401 Marne Hwy, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Participants complete a repeated one-mile loop while paired with an assigned buddy who runs or walks alongside the athlete.
The program is designed for athletes who may need extra attention and who want to try running. Parents may join in on the loop or remain as observers. Space for the program is limited and there is no entry fee.
Volunteers who serve as running buddies and commit to all three dates receive a $50 credit to use for events produced by Beast Coast Productions. Hainesport Township notes assistance from Sacred Heart CYO and Beast Coast Productions in organizing the series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
