Practical information
Participants receive a swag bag that includes a running T-shirt (shipped to US addresses), a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an extra fee. Swag is shipped directly to the address provided, and race bibs are issued on race day. Shirts are expected to arrive the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event. Final race updates and course maps are emailed the Wednesday before the race. Registration fees are listed per distance (for example, 5K ~$41.48; 10K ~$46.92; half-marathon ~$50.17).
