Courses run along the Schuylkill River and include landmarks such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Logan Square, and the Washington Monument Statue. The 5K course turns near the Historic Strawberry Mansion and the finish area is near the Rocky Balboa Statue.
Race amenities include an event swag kit with an exclusive full-zip jacket and a finisher's medal, professionally timed results, free high-resolution race photos, and a post-race party at Eakins Oval with fondue, dippables, hot chocolate, music, and vendors. The organizers operate an expo and packet pick-up the day before the race at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall G; there is no race day packet pick-up.
A VIP Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade provides premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, a dedicated Cocoa Club area before and after the event, VIP corral placement, a hot breakfast item, dedicated restrooms, and a shopping bag with take-home cocoa and onsite credit.
Overall awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance with cash prizes and complimentary registration for the following year.
