The event uses a wave-based start with a cap per wave; waves close when full and late arrivals may run upon arrival. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used; participants may track time with personal apps or ask coordinators for timing assistance. This is described as a smaller, private group run with coordinators providing on-course support.
Participants receive shipped swag for US addresses including a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a finisher's medal. A digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion are provided. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Race bibs are provided on race day and shirts are shipped the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
