Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 PHOENIX
The Sloth Run is a paced, small-group running event at G.R. Herberger Park, East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ on June 20, 2026. The event uses multiple waves with a cap per wave and offers a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person.

Timing is optional and no timing chips are used. Participants may track times with personal apps or request coordinator assistance for manual timing. Race bibs are provided on race day. Coordinators remain available for several hours after the first wave to accommodate late starters.
Registered participants receive a swag bag shipped to their US mailing address, which includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Online results and a certificate of completion are provided. A lightweight technical shirt is available as a paid upgrade.
The event describes a smaller, private group run format, wave fills are on a first come, first served basis, and virtual entrants can submit results to receive a medal.
