Event Details
The event is called the Sloth Run and takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at G.R. Herberger Park on East Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
Race Distances
Participants can choose from several distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
- Virtual Run
Event Format
This is a smaller, private group run with a cap on the number of participants per wave. The event has multiple start waves, with the first one beginning at 7:30 AM. Late runners can run upon arrival. All paces and ages are welcome to run or walk, and participants under 18 must be with a guardian. There is no official timing equipment or setup; timing is optional using personal apps.
What's Included
The registration includes a running t-shirt shipped to a US address, a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. Race bibs are provided on the day of the event. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade.
Additional Information
Packet pickup is not required as the swag is shipped directly to participants. A virtual run option is available, allowing participants to run any time and place.
