Overview
The Run for Mental Health is a community-focused event held at G.R. Herberger Park in Phoenix, Arizona. This event is organized as a small, private group run with a limited number of participants per wave to maintain a low-stress environment. Participant Amenities
There is no physical packet pickup required for this event. Registered participants receive a swag bag shipped directly to their provided US mailing address. This bag typically includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a towel or other giveaway. Race bibs are distributed on the morning of the event. Participants also receive a digital training pack and an invitation to join local run clubs. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual run option is available which allows for participation at any location.
