Event Overview
The PB&J Fuel Run in Seattle is a community-oriented running event held at Lincoln Park. This event focuses on a low-stress environment with a small, private group setting. Participation is open to all ages and paces, including both runners and walkers. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
The event is organized into multiple waves to maintain small group sizes. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who cannot attend in person, a virtual run option is also available, allowing participants to complete their distance at a location of their choice.

Logistics and Swag
This event does not use timing chips, though optional timing is available. Runners can track their own times using various mobile applications and submit them for online posting, or they can request assistance from on-site coordinators.
There is no physical packet pickup required at the venue. Instead, participants receive their swag bag via mail to their registered US address. This bag includes a finisher's medal, a running T-shirt, and a towel or other giveaway item. Race bibs are provided to runners on the day of the event. A digital training pack is also provided to all registered participants to assist with their fitness goals.
