The July 4th Run 5K/10K/13.1 PHOENIX takes place on July 4, 2026, at G.R. Herberger Park on East Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. The event offers the following distances:

Format and services
The event uses a wave format with a cap per wave; waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Organizers describe this as a smaller, private group run. Timing is optional and participants may track their time using apps or request coordinator assistance; no timing chips are used. Packet pickup is not required because participant swag is shipped directly to the US mailing address provided at registration; race bibs are provided on race day. Swag items include a running T-shirt (shipped week of the race), a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, and a digital training pack. A technical running shirt is available as an optional $5 upgrade. Virtual participants receive a digital training pack and can submit results to receive a medal. Event updates and course maps are emailed to participants the Wednesday before the race.
