About the race
The 5K Foam Fest in London, ON is an obstacle-course based fun run held at Boler Mountain, Griffith Street, London, ON, Canada on July 24, 2027. The course covers 5 km and features more than 25 obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may walk or run at their own pace.
The event includes a festival area with music, food vendors, a beer garden and a free kids zone for children 6 years and under that offers a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house (adult supervision required). Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden.
Age and safety rules are stated: participants must be at least 7 years old to run the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; youth 13 to 17 may participate without an adult chaperone but must follow course rules.
