Event Information
The 5K Foam Fest in London, Ontario, is a 5 km obstacle course fun run. The event will be held at Boler Mountain on Griffith Street.
The course features over 25 obstacles. These include the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and a large amount of foam. All obstacles are optional, and participants can complete the course at their own pace.
The event is open to participants aged 7 and older. Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult. A free kids zone is available for children aged 6 and under.
On-site, participants and spectators have access to a festival area with music, local vendors, food, and a beer garden. Registration includes a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a temporary tattoo, access to shower stations and change rooms, and free downloadable event photos.
Wave starts are scheduled from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Spectator access to the festival area is free. The event offers group rates and discounts for military personnel and first responders. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
