The 5K Foam Fest - London, ON
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-based fun run held at Boler Mountain in London, Ontario. The course covers a distance of 5 km and features over 25 obstacles, including mud pits, foam, and an inflatable waterslide. Each participant receives a finisher's medal, a string bag, a buff, and a temporary tattoo.
The course is designed for all abilities, and participants may complete it at their own pace. All obstacles are optional. Eligibility for the main course begins at age 7. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while participants aged 13 to 17 may run independently. For children aged 6 and under, a free Kids FUN Zone is available, featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house.
