Event Information
The 5K Foam Fest is a fun run obstacle course over a 5 km distance. The event takes place at Boler Mountain on Griffith Street in London, Ontario, on July 25, 2026.
The course features over 25 obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and a large amount of foam. All obstacles are optional, and participants can choose their own pace. A festival area with music, local vendors, and a beer garden is available on-site.
A free kids zone is provided for children aged 6 and under, featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house (adult supervision required). Participants aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Children aged 13 to 17 may participate without a chaperone but must follow all course rules.
Spectator access to the festival area is free. The standard entry ticket includes a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a Foam Fest tattoo, access to water stations, a shower station, changing rooms, the festival area, the free kids zone, and free downloadable event photos.
