Thankful 4... 5K and Fun Run
The Thankful 4... 5K and Fun Run takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Snead, Alabama. The event is the third annual edition and is hosted at Sharecroppers Coffee and Creamery, located at 380 Greer Drive, Snead, AL 35952. The course is described as rather easy and passes through country scenery. The event is chip-timed and walkers are welcome.

Entry fees listed for the events are $40 for the 5K, $50 for the 10K, and $25 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Race packets include a bib, shirt, finisher award and other items. Age-division and overall male/female awards will be given. Proceeds support the "Sharecroppers Soles" fund, which allows cross country and track and field students to apply for a shoe scholarship; selected students are taken to be properly fitted with appropriate shoes for their sport. The host venue offers an espresso bar and serves breakfast, lunch and ice cream, and includes a large gift shop. Register by November 15 to guarantee a shirt.
