Teton Valley Pig Trot
The Teton Valley Pig Trot is a Thanksgiving morning event at a farm in Victor, Idaho (1984 W 7000 S, Victor, ID 84355). The event combines a timed 5K and a walking-only 1-mile option with a farm-side Pigsgiving celebration. Tickets are $25, registration opens 10/10/2026 and closes 11/25/2026, and participation is limited to 200 entrants. Registration includes an option to add an extra donation and all funds raised support rescue animals.
Event offerings include:
- 5K Race with prizes for top three men and women sponsored by Stio
- 1 Mile Walk for walkers only
Pigsgiving provides farm activities without the run. Activities described for Pigsgiving include helping prepare the pigs' breakfast, feeding the pigs a Thanksgiving meal, watching the race start, and enjoying coffee and snacks. Event logistics on the day include bib pick-up and check-in and the opportunity for racers to join Pigsgiving activities after they finish.
Practical notes: leashed dogs are allowed to run in the Pig Trot but dogs are not allowed on the farm, and participants are advised to dress warmly for farm conditions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
