Event overview
Terrapin Mountain is a trail running event in Sedalia, VA, held in spring. The races have been held for more than 17 years. The course uses trails around Terrapin Mountain, White Oak Ridge, Goff Mountain, and Hunting Creek in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Race services and logistics
Registration includes entrant swag, including a terrapin mug, fully stocked aid stations, a finisher's shirt, a post-race meal, and awards for qualified category finishers. Tent and car camping are free for participants. RV spots with electricity are available through the Sedalia Center. A pizza option is offered for Friday evening as a small add-on.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, except as covered by the event's Pregnancy and Postpartum Policy. The organizer may re-evaluate this policy if the race reaches capacity and a waitlist is used.
Community partner
The event partners with the Harvest Outreach Center, a local 501(c)(3) that provides school-based and summer mental health services to youth ages 4-17 in Lynchburg and the surrounding area.
