Terrapin Mountain - March 21, 2026
Terrapin Mountain in Sedalia, VA features trail races offered in spring, with more than 17 years of history. The courses run through Terrapin Mountain, White Oak Ridge, Goff Mountain, and Hunting Creek and showcase local Blue Ridge Mountain terrain.

- 50k trail race
- Half-marathon trail race
Each registered entrant receives event swag including a terrapin mug, access to fully-stocked aid stations, a finisher's shirt, a post-race meal, and a special award for qualified category finishers. Tent and car camping are free; RV spots with electrical hookups are available through the local Sedalia Center. A pizza add-on is available for Friday evening attendees.
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable except as specified by the event's Pregnancy and Postpartum Policy adopted from Trail Sisters Approved Standards. The organizer may re-evaluate that policy if the race reaches capacity and a waitlist exists. Registration closes Wednesday, March 18.
The event partners with the Harvest Outreach Center, a local 501(c)(3) that provides school-based and summer mental health services for youth ages 4 to 17. Donations collected at registration support the center's summer program activities such as fishing, swimming, ropes course sessions, and canoeing.
