Teal Diva 5K for Gynecologic Cancers : Charlotte
The event takes place at McAlpine Park in Charlotte NC and is offered in both in-person and virtual formats. The main distance is a timed 3.1 mile run/walk. A separate post-race attraction is a 100 yard Inflatable Invitational dash that requires separate registration and an inflatable costume brought by the participant.
Registration is available in several categories with listed fees: adult timed in-person registration with an optional race t-shirt and optional finisher medal for an extra fee, a discounted in-person category for participants 12 and under that covers the same 3.1 mile course without timing or awards and includes a child tee while supplies last, and a virtual all-ages option with optional add-ons. Switching from in-person to virtual may incur a shipping fee if items must be mailed. Virtual registrations made before April 10 ship before the event while later virtual registrations ship the week after.
Timed participants are eligible for placement medals by age groups starting at age 10 for those who are timed. Awards for top finishers are presented after the race and must be collected on race day.
