Event overview

The Teal Diva 5k for Gynecologic Cancers is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, at McAlpine Park in Charlotte, NC. The event is presented as Charlotte’s only gynecologic cancer 5k and offers both in-person and virtual participation. The race day program includes registration and vendor areas, a survivor photo and opening program, the 5k race, an Inflatable Invitational 100-yard dash, and an awards presentation for select age groups. Alcohol consumption on site requires picture identification for age validation.

In-person registrations include a race shirt by default unless the “No Shirt” option is selected. Virtual participants must add a shirt if they want one. Shirt sizes and finisher medals are available only while supplies last; medals are an optional add-on and may sell out. A Kids Package is offered for ages 12 and under; it includes a white Yes Girl t-shirt while supplies last and an optional finisher medal for an extra fee. Children registered in the Kids Package are not eligible for awards. To be eligible for awards, a child must be age 10 or older and register under the In-Person category. Awards for top three male and female runners in select age groups must be collected on race day at the Awards Tent. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
