Tavy 7

The Tavy 7 is a renowned 7-mile road race organized by Tavistock Athletic Club, taking place on Dartmoor. Established in the late 1980s, this event features a scenic and undulating course that starts at Plaster Down, passing notable landmarks like Pew Tor and Sampford Spiney. The race includes mile markers, two water stations, and a popular tea and cake stall at the finish line.
