Hope Trail Festival 2027 : Newnham Park, Plymouth
Hope Trail Festival is a timed trail running festival held at Newnham Park near Plymouth. The event runs multiple endurance formats on a marked 5 mile loop and includes a separate kids race.

The festival offers three timed options: 12 hour, 24 hour and 36 hour events. Entrants may compete as Solo, as a Pair, or as a Team of three to eight; for pairs and teams only one runner may be on the course at any one time. A participant who starts a final lap before the finish time may complete that lap and have it counted. All finishers who complete at least one lap receive a bespoke Hope Trail Festival medal. Podium trophies are awarded in Solo, Pair and Team categories across gender classifications.
Facilities and services at the venue include free off‑road parking, free participant camping (covering one adult plus children under 16), toilets and drinking water taps. There are traders and food outlets on site, event photography provided free of charge, and a single checkpoint about 2 miles into the course stocked with water, cola, Tailwind Mandarin Orange and snacks. Mandatory kit must be carried at all times; a primary light such as a headtorch is required to be worn on the course from 7pm until dawn.
