The Tappen Brook 5K takes place on August 9, 2026 in Bridgewater, Connecticut. This is the 3rd annual running of the event, presented by the Bridgewater Land Trust and the Bridgewater Recreation Commission and held on the recently opened trail network at Bridgewater Town Park.
The course runs through woodland trails with views of Lake Lillinonah. Terrain includes packed dirt and natural singletrack with gently rolling hills, subtle elevation changes, and relatively wide paths that alternate between open sections and tree-lined stretches.
