Tapped For Sap Trail Race 25k
The Tapped For Sap Trail Race 25k takes place in Brady’s Run Park, the largest park in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The event features a unique single loop course covering approximately 16 miles (25k+). The terrain consists of roughly 75% trail and 25% paved surfaces. Participants navigate a variety of landscapes including wooded ridges, lakeside paths, and hemlock groves.
The course is characterized by rolling hills with several significant climbs and descents, totaling approximately 2,300 feet of elevation gain and loss. The trail sections include runnable terrain as well as technical segments featuring rocks and roots. The route is marked using orange ground flags, orange ribbons, and directional signs at intersections.

The event accommodates both runners and hikers, with an 8-hour cutoff time for all participants to be recognized as finishers. An intermediate cutoff is enforced at the 7.5-mile aid station. On-course support includes a water stop at 4.5 miles, two maple syrup shot stations at 6.75 miles and 12 miles, and a fully stocked aid station at 7.5 miles offering water, electrolytes, and snacks.
Amenities at the venue include permanent bathroom facilities and portable toilets located at both the start/finish area and the primary aid station. Participants receive a sleeveless tech-shirt and a branded cooling headband. Post-race activities feature a community breakfast with pancakes, cinnamon rolls, and maple syrup.
